Do it yourself weights 1.For this assignment we have to do DIY weights with water bottle or any or bottle that are the same size.Also we had to be creative and color them this is what i did.2. first what i did was gather my supplies. I used green and blue food coloring for the water to get its color. Also, i used clear type on the handle and colored it blue and green, Also i wrote,"Ms. Longi per.6 do it yourself weights and and name Galilea Rodriguez ",at the bottom to confirm it was me.What i did fist was i got 2 gallons of milk and washed it. Then i filled them both with water and it weights approximately 9-10 lbs each . Then i added green food coloring on one and then i added blue coring at the other one. After that i put clear type on the handle and colored it then i just wrote on it and i finished my Do it Yourself Weights. 3.My experience on making exercise equipment was really fun and non boring. I think its important to know how to do exercise equipment because you never know when you are going to be needing them. Some ways you might need to do the DIY weights is if you go on a vacation and you are a exercise lover and you forgot to take your weights and you are going for a long time or a whole summer and you are going to need them so you could do a weight/s it just water . Three exercise you could do with your do it yourself weights is a Shoulder Press,Lunge,and a Bicep Curl. The muscles you are working with these are Mechanism. The bicepscurls targets explicitly the biceps brachii, which is located on the front part of the arm between the shoulder and the elbow. This muscle's primary function is elbow flexion and forearm supination.
